Programme Description

The swimming pool in the TARDIS has been jettisoned due to leaking, so the Doctor takes Mel to Paradise Towers to use the swimming pool there.

When the arrive they find that Paradise Towers has become run down and dilapidated, and looks nothing like the video guide in the TARDIS. Instead of being a friendly place, gangs of girls roam the streets, whilst caretakers with robotic cleaners try to clean up afterwards.

Everyone in the towers, residents, Kangs and caretakers, are terrified. The cleaners are going wild, killing people, and taking them down into the basement. The Doctor ventures down into the basement, and finds the a disembodied Kroagnon, the Great Architect and designer of Paradise Towers.

Kroagnon takes over the body of the Chief Caretaker and starts a killing spree. He was against people using the towers for fears that they would dirty it, so the original occupants trapped him in the basement. The Doctor finally managed to unite the residents, caretakers and Kangs to fight against Kroagnon.
